Have you ever felt like your life is being played around? You thought it was already there, just one step, and you finally can have it. Have you ever wondered why in just a blink of an eye, in a just a hint of silence and whispers, everything disappeared?
You offered patience, loyalty, submission, you followed every rule they gave on the last minute, but in the end, you were fooled. It was all not true. You thought you were their best option but ended up the least one. For months, you told people about your brand new amazing career, a one step successful life, you told people about it who once used you, you told people about your success, the once who criticized and judged you that you will never be better and successful, you told the people who believed in you that success is already here, and you told yourself that you survived after all the breakdowns.
Now, all of it was a lie. Somehow, for the second time again, hoped for something good. They made you believe that there will be something in the near end that will transform you into a better professional. They all hurt you. They all used you, manipulated you, and used you to their advantage.
But as you heal yourself from all of these encounters, you realized that you should not have blamed any of them for your shortcomings, for your failures, for your disappointments. You should have not blamed anyone in this world for why you dropped on your bended knee, bleeding. They were just there to wait for you, you were so impatient and too focused on the road that you did not notice the blinding rocks behind you. Until you got left behind. You could hardly stand on your feet, you cried in embarrassment.
You realized, you failed yourself, again. You were impatient. Taking one small step at a time is always the most important rule, it may sound cliche, but that rule is golden, and it applies to each and every one of us. Life is trying to convey a message here. We should not rush over big things, we have to use those rocks to our advantage to create a strong foundation for our big, big goals.
And if you are being redirected again, it is okay to be sad, but we have to literally accept and move one from it. Remember, closed doors save you from places where you are not meant to be. Open doors are where you can be your best self, where you can consider it your home, and where you are passionate about what you are doing, and you feel blessed and happy with all of the things happening. Until then, you can finally consider, you are the lucky one.
You can’t wait to tell your favorite people about the success you’ve achieved, and how overwhelmed you are after all the criticisms and judgments you’ve received from your whole life. That is true success and happiness.
Appreciate the power of an underdog, as they take less advantage of those.
