Why is it that when a problem arises, the leaders of the group just keep silent? Is it because they avoid conflicts? Do they avoid problems? Or they avoid being involved in the situation?
A good leader doesn’t have that trait. A good leader helps and supports his people no matter the problem. A good leader helps someone to get out of his crisis.
